Their staff of 20+ physicians work side by side with Expat Specialists who help bring new technologies and skills in these specialty fields.  The hospital focuses on providing holistic, patient-centered care by involving the whole family and helping with reintegration into the community following the patient’s stay. INF also manages two smaller hospitals in more rural areas, in addition to organizing multiple medical/surgical camps in the most remote areas of the country. All in an effort to serve the most marginalized people of Nepal.

They focus on Village Outreach, Peace Child Orphanage, Street Child Feeding Center and Farrell's Farm & Aquaponics. This is a couple that has been in Nepal 4 years and joined forces with their respective visions. Their newest venture is launching a farming program for the street boys. This involves providing room/board and farming education. They will give them a home, skills and fair pay. They will give them a small stipend and put the rest away for them. At the completion of the 12-18 month training program they will be able to help them purchase their own plot of land and farm it.

Rescuing children who are being enslaved in labor and sexual exploitation. They work with a local NGO to recuse girls being trafficked along the Nepal and India border. The primary goal would be to help families avoid selling their children into harmful situations in the first place. By coming up alongside local businesses/charities they hope to create new options in education and jobs for the parents and help to secure the future of the local children at home.  

The focus is on building community, teaching skills, providing jobs and loving people on their life journey. There are many ways that we are working toward this goal. We offer Mountain Bike Guide training and private lessons at the park. We are working on getting the bicycle training into the local schools. We provide a neighborhood mobile bike training that we’ve taken all over our city and even had opportunities in some of the mountain villages.
